Required Permissions for TEST4U
TEST4U requires certain permissions to work properly.
It is highly recommended to run TEST4U as Administrator. If this is not possible you must allow TEST4U full access to certain folders:
Antivirus – Firewall
Every file included in the TEST4U installation has been tested and passed from all the known antiviruses.
During its installation and the preparation of the questions TEST4U needs to access certain folders and registry values.
Usually the antivirus programs and the firewalls do not interfere with this process.
It has been reported though (especially when the security settings are set to highest) to appear a warning window from your antivirus software informing you that a program is trying to access these areas.
If you do not allow this TEST4U will either not be installed correctly or the question will not be properly prepared. This could lead to various errors and reduce your overall software experience.
When this is the case, we propose to add TEST4U to the exception list of your antivirus of firewall software.
If for any reason you cannot complete the installation of TEST4U or experiencing any serious technical problem with TEST4U that does not allow you to use the program you are entitled to a refund, as long as you have not used any of your subscription time.
To be entitle to this refund though you must firstly give the support team of TEST4U all the required information and access to solve your problem.
This includes giving any information about your PC and the programs installed on it to be able to troubleshoot the problem.
You can give this information through TEST4U’s ticket system accessible through your test4u.eu control panel.
To verify and solve the problem the support team might need to share your screen while leading you through the necessary steps.
This can happen through a simple Skype screen sharing or a video call through your mobile phone showing your computer screen.
The TEST4U team can also take the necessary steps for you if you choose to provide monitored access to your PC through a software such as Teamviewer or Anydesk.
If all the above steps are completed and if the technical problem still persists, then you are eligible for a refund.
