It is a case-sensitive function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The syntax of the function is the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>SUBSTITUTE<\/strong><em>(<strong>text<\/strong>, <strong>old_text<\/strong><span><b>, new_text, [instance_num]<\/b><\/span><\/em>) <\/p><cite><strong>text<\/strong>: The text for which we want to replace a part.<br><span><b><strong>old_text<\/strong><\/b><\/span><strong>: <\/strong>The text you want to find and replace.<br><strong>new_text<\/strong>: The text that will replace the <strong>old_text<\/strong>.    <br><strong>instance_num<\/strong>: Optional. If you specify this argument, then if more instances of the <strong>old_text <\/strong>exist inside the <strong>text <\/strong>then only the instance specified by this argument is replaced.
