If it is less than 1900 then it adds that value to 1900. If it is less than 0 or greater than 9999 it returns the #NUM! error.<br><strong>month: <\/strong>The value that represent the month of the year. If the value is greater than 12 or less than zero it adds or subtracts respectively that number to the first month of the year.    <br><strong>day: <\/strong>The value that represent the day of the month.
