Cannot receive the file ... or cannot save the file : INDEX/....XML

if you are not using TEST4U FileServer, start TEST4U keeping the keys Ctrl+Shift pressed. Click on OK on the message that will appear and then relaunch TEST4U.

If you are using the TEST4U FileServer you will have to clear the TEST4U FileServer cache. To do so use the following procedure:

1. Exit and close the TEST4U File Server
2. Go to the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Infolearn\TEST4U_Fileserver
3. delete the folder www and all its contents
4. Launch the TEST4U File Server again
