Video Problems

For the videos to be displayed Windows media player must be installed.
If you own the N edition of Windows (which is the edition of Windows that does not include the Windows media player installed) then you will have to install the Windows media player manually. The download link varies depending on your edition of Windows.

If you do not have a N version of Windows then there could be a problem with your video decoders.

To show the videos TEST4U uses some codecs that are installed during TEST4U launch.
Sometimes Windows or some installed antivirus software blocks this installation of the codecs.
To solve this you have to launch TEST4U with administrator privileges.
You can achieve this by right clicking on TEST4U icon and then choose Run as administrator.

If the issue remains then you will have to manually install the codecs from the following link:

Then try running TEST4U again.
