- Try to see if Outlook opens correctly if you try to manually open it.
- During the test check if there is an Outlook icon in the taskbar notification area. If there is the right click on it and disable the hide on minimize option if it is enabled.
- Go to the Add-ins section of the Outlook settings and disable any non-Microsoft addins. Winzip.Addin for Outlook has been reported to cause problems.
If it still not working correctly then you have to repair the MS Office installation.
Please go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and after you spot the Microsoft Office application click on repair (or change).
Then follow the instructions of the Microsoft Office installation.
After the process is complete try again with TEST4U.
