TEST4U INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS

Take the following steps to use the program:

  1. Download the program using the link: https://www.test4u.eu/downloads/TEST4U_Setup_es.msi.
  2. Install the program by double clicking the file you have just downloaded.
  3. As soon as the installation process is complete you can run the program using either the shortcut icon that has been created on your desktop or the following path:
    Start/All programs/TEST4U/TEST4U
  4. When you run TEST4U, a window will appear, asking you to type your Username/Email and Password. Do NOT enter your Voucher in the corresponding field.
  5. Click the link below to watch a video that describes how TEST4U works

En caso de que surja un problema en el proceso de instalación o al usar el programa:

  1. Navega por el foro TEST4U
    Para obtener una solución instantánea, puede navegar a través de los temas incluidos en el Foro TEST4U www.test4u.eu/forum. Lo más probable es que otro usuario haya enfrentado el mismo problema que usted.
  2. Technical support via the Ticket system
    Once you complete your search at the TEST4U Forum and you haven't found what you are looking for, you may contact the Technical department via the Ticket system:
    1. Inicia sesión en https://www.test4u.eu/es.
    2. Vaya al panel de control (https://www.test4u.eu/es/panel).
    3. Haga clic en la pestaña Contacto (https://www.test4u.eu/es/mod_contact/tickets/).
    4. Haga clic en el enlace Crear ticket (https://www.test4u.eu/es/mod_contact/ticket/id/-1).
    5. Rellene los campos y le enviaremos una respuesta tan pronto como sea posible.
