TEST4U INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS

Take the following steps to use the program:

  1. Download the program using the link: https://www.test4u.eu/downloads/v15/TEST4U_Setup_en.msi.
  2. Install the program by double clicking the file you have just downloaded.
  3. As soon as the installation process is complete you can run the program using either the shortcut icon that has been created on your desktop or the following path:
    Start/All programs/TEST4U/TEST4U
  4. The first time you run TEST4U a window will appear, asking you to type your Username, Password and a Serial Number.
    1. If you already have an account at www.test4u.eu, the first window needs to be filled in with the Username and Password that you have used for your registration on www.test4u.eu and your Serial Number.
    2. If you don`t have an account at www.test4u.eu, the first window needs to be filled-in with your Serial Number only. Next, TEST4U asks for a Username, an Email and a Password in order to create a user account.
  5. The next time you run the installed TEST4U application in order to practice, you will need to insert just your Username and Password.

In case you face some sort of difficulty during the installation or use of TEST4U:

  1. Browse the TEST4U Forum
    For an instant solution you can browse through the topics included in the TEST4U Forum www.test4u.eu/forum.
    Most probably another user has faced the same issue as you do.
  2. Technical support via the Ticket system
    Once you complete your search at the TEST4U Forum and you haven't found what you are looking for, you may contact the Technical department via the Ticket system:
    1. Log in to https://www.test4u.eu/en.
    2. Navigate to the Control Panel (https://www.test4u.eu/en/panel).
    3. Click the Contact tab (https://www.test4u.eu/en/mod_contact/tickets/).
    4. Click the Create ticket link (https://www.test4u.eu/en/mod_contact/ticket/id/-1).
    5. Fill in the fields and we will send you an answer as soon as possible.
